Kyla Sipprell exclusively practices in the area of family law including divorce, alimony, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, and separation and property settlement agreements. Kyla earned her law degree with Honors and her undergraduate degree with Honors and Distinction from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She was licensed in 1996 and has more than 20 years of litigation experience. Prior to forming Clemmons Family Law, Kyla was a partner at Allman Spry Davis Leggett & Crumpler P.A., one the oldest firms in Winston-Salem.

Kyla has lived in Clemmons for more than 18 years with her husband, a Clemmons native, and two daughters. Kyla presently serves on the Ethics and Grievance Committee for the 31st Judicial District/Forsyth County Bar Association and was president of the Forsyth County Women Attorneys Association from 2017 to 2019. Kyla was an active grant writer on the PTSA Board when her children were younger and has also been active in the local nonprofit community. She served two terms on the Board of Directors of the Parenting Path (formerly Stop Child Abuse Now). Kyla loves traveling and spending time at the beach with her family.
