About Clemmons Family Law: We are a law firm based in Clemmons, North Carolina, founded by attorneys Holly M. Groce and Kyla Sipprell with a practice area focus on divorce, child custody, and child support.

Holly and Kyla have been good friends for more than 15 years and initially bonded as part-time lawyers and full-time moms living in Clemmons. They have worked for the same Winston-Salem area law firms, shared major clients, and supported one another throughout their legal careers as family law attorneys. Both have roots in Clemmons where they have raised their families and are involved as active volunteers in local schools, community groups, churches, and nonprofit organizations.

Through the years, Sipprell and Groce’s conversations continued. They always came back to their many shared values, including their desire to cultivate their profession while not losing sight of their devotion to raising their kids. “We felt like there was a need in Clemmons to have a family law firm. There aren’t any other law firms here that are exclusively dedicated to family law,” notes Sipprell. “With our shared experiences, it really just made sense, as scary as it is to start something from nothing. What has made this next chapter less scary is the support from the Clemmons community, family, friends, and colleagues.”

When the opportunity arose to open a family law practice in Clemmons together, it was a welcomed partnership. Holly and Kyla strongly believe that western Forsyth County, Davie County, and surrounding North Carolina communities deserve experienced, quality family law representation.
